People have different point of views. People have all their own biases. People have a hard time listening to each other. These are the three main route causes for misunderstandings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don\u2019t blame anybody if a misunderstanding happens: Not yourselves and not others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Explaining the same thing two, three, four times is no issue. The issue is to find common grounds, where we really start to&nbsp;<strong>understand each other<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And by the way: Some people try to take the shortcut by asking: Have you understood?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s the wrong question.
