Why?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eC\u2019est le ton qui fait la musique\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s not only WHAT I say, but HOW I say it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our tone, our behaviour, the way we build up an argumentation is a decisive factor if it comes to make ourselves understood.
