{"id":155,"date":"2025-08-21T12:53:30","date_gmt":"2025-08-21T10:53:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/3d-behaviour.com\/en\/?p=155"},"modified":"2025-08-21T12:53:30","modified_gmt":"2025-08-21T10:53:30","slug":"postcard-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/3d-behaviour.com\/en\/2025\/08\/21\/postcard-5\/","title":{"rendered":"Postcard #5"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>When I wrote (during Covid-19) the book \u201cManage Yourself, Before Others Do!\u201d, I was mostly thinking of people, like the one on the photo, who are thrown into a previously unknown situation of self-responsibility on how to organise and to prioritise their daily work on their own.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nowadays (and this is maybe a positive consequence of the Covid-Pandemic), people have experienced the great possibilities of freedom and self-determination that working from home and remote teams offer. The main challenge today is on leadership: how to lead a remote team and still ensure team-spirit, good feedback-culture and creative sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Still, the method with the seven steps from the book has a great value not only for self-management, but has among other applications proven useful to systematically follow up on any kind of project.
